Factors environmental, social e of governance

Companies need to raise their standards by building comprehensive, credible and comparable impact assessment tool to support economic systems change and foster active stakeholder participation. Fanfani has chosen to decline its market positioning on principles of holistic quality, inclusiveness, independence and credibility, rigor in professional practice and data and information management, and total openness to human relations and gender diversity, while fully respecting social needs and environmental change.

We envision a global/local economy that uses development and growth as a positive force for inducing change. And that we must be the change we seek in the world. That every business consolidation and expansion project must be conducted by considering people and place of action as fundamental, without harming but integrating human and spatial physiognomies, cultural choices, and temporalities.

In order to achieve this, we need to work aware that there is no development and transformation without human and professional interdependence. And that, in the dynamism of continuity, what we choose today has effects on future generations and will determine, to the extent that we allow, the choices of those who will be, after us.

The areas of intervention

Governance
We have updated our mission, vision, our values on which we base our Project. We have chosen first principles of ethics, accountability on today and tomorrow, transparency, inclusion of diversity, equality, protection of information and privacy of our patients, and participation of our stakeholders, starting with employees and patients, encouraging continuous listening and gathering feedback.
Environment
We have invested resources (human, economic, logistical) to crystallize all work processes and evaluate their improvement in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, reducing our footprint and analyzing our impact on air, climate, water, biodiversity, including in our business practices. We are working on supplier qualification, material selection, impact of facilities, emissions and resource and energy use, as well as transportation/distribution and supply chain channels.
Our Patients
We chose the driver of digitization as a form of Customer Experience transformation, increasing accessibility, transparency on services and fees, physical and virtual reachability of facilities and diagnostic information, contact with medical professionals for pre/post service consultations, and accompaniment along the entire health journey. We chose the driver of continuous restructuring of spaces and places of care as a lever for improving the Customer Journey. We chose to continuously evaluate our services and products, assessing the real value added for the lives of our patients. We chose a responsible and ethical tone of voice in communication, fully respecting privacy and data security, favoring every channel of feedback management and release.
Job
We have designed a clear and usable organizational model, functional to the dynamism of the business of reference; we have chosen to actively involve the workforce in the expected change; we have activated training opportunities and consolidated the Company's interest in continuous improvement; we have opened forms of sharing for the evaluation of forms of labor flexibility; and we have built concrete and continuously updated actions for the protection of workers' health, safety of the workplace and improvement of general working conditions.
Community and territory
We value our contribution to the economic and social well-being of the communities and the territory to which we belong, with the aim of consolidating and strengthening institutional and human relations, fostering the accessibility of all cultural communities, participating in the instances of social segments and their diversification of need, and returning to the territory (in all forms, not only economic) responses of well-being and health.
