Preparation for the examination

Fasting for 8-10 hours. With a full bladder, collect a sample* of the first morning urine discarding the first cast.
Collect a stool sample* in the dedicated container.

Before undergoing a Pap test it is necessary to:
- in the three days prior to the sampling you should not use ovules, vaginal creams, spermicidal creams or vaginal douches;
- in the three days prior to the sampling you should not have sexual intercourse.
During the menstrual cycle it is not possible to undergo Pap test.
