For patients who prefer the comfort of their own homes, we offer a home pick-up service by appointment in Florence.
Booking at least 48 hours in advance is recommended, but we will carefully consider any urgencies.
On the scheduled day, our trained staff will travel to the home to perform the service safely.
- Method of payment: Generally, payment is handled electronically, unless specific needs are agreed upon during booking.
- Online report pickup: upon completion of the collection, we will provide instructions for accessing digital reports in full compliance with privacy regulations. The reports are also available in our facilities.
Instructions for proper preparation for the collection of biological specimens
To ensure accurate test results, it is essential to follow some simple guidelines for sample collection.
Communicating any conditions such as coagulation problems or ongoing therapies (anticoagulants/antiaggregants) to staff in a timely manner will help us prevent discomfort and ensure maximum safety during the procedure.
